Two of them have a double bed and direct access to the pool. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and access to the terrace. On the first floor there is a small guest bathroom and on your left side a child safety gate that will give access to the living area. The living room has 2 sofas, air conditioning, a fireplace, TV with Portuguese cable, WiFi internet. There is access to a balcony with table and chairs with a wonderful view over Praia da Luz. Passing the living room, you will find the open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need. The dining room has air conditioning, a table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy your meal overlooking Praia da Luz. This villa has a private outdoor pool with sun loungers and a small garden. There is private parking inside for 2 cars, and an automatic opening gate.

Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
