There is a glass-top four-burner stove with hood, microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer.  A generous supply of cooking utensils and pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, and serving utensils is included. There is a washer/dryer, heated floors, cable TV and internet provide all of the amenities needed for comfortable modern living.

The apartment, located in a traditional centuries-old building overlooking the main market, river, and central plaza with its traditional bandstand, is framed by a pair of impressive French windows which bathe the space in natural light. The living area is comprised of a spacious lounge, an open plan kitchen and an eating nook which is private yet deceptively spacious. The property includes cable TV offering a large number of channels in various languages, a 43” TV, wi-fi, washer/dryer, and all the cutlery, crockery, linen and towels required for either a holiday or more permanent stay.

At their doorstep, guests will find a multitude of restaurants, shops, cafes as well as the town’s two markets, one of which a few metres from the property. The old Roman bridge and the pedestrian bridge (currently under complete reconstruction) are a couple of minutes away. For beach lovers, the island of Tavira can be accessed by boat, which is less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
