On the first floor is the dining room, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and the entrance hall. There are several terraces around the villa, so one can always find a nice sheltered place to sunbathe. The brand new swimming pool has solar heating and a view to the beach. Access to the beach is through a gate at the bottom of the garden. In spite of the unique location next to the beach, it is very quiet and sheltered because of the amazing garden and walls. Within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants, perfect for a cozy holiday in the center of Luz. This villa has recently been renovated with air conditioning in the rooms as well as a brand new swimming pool, gardens and exteriors, as well as new garden and pool furniture.

Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
